PROJECT DELIVERY

Custom Build

Projects that don't fit a template. We build the electrical scope around your facility, your schedule, and your constraints.

Custom site electrical work on a Ritch Electric project

Built around your requirements, not ours

Some projects don't fit a standard delivery mold, phased work in occupied buildings, unusual equipment, security constraints, or a scope that has to flex as requirements develop. Custom build means we shape the contract, the schedule, and the crew around the project, instead of forcing the project into a template.

The right delivery method is the one that fits the job. When the job is unusual, we build the approach around it.

Five decades of commercial, institutional, and government work means very little surprises us. Whether the constraint is an operating hospital wing, a secure site, a hard outage window, or equipment nobody else will touch, we plan the work to fit the reality on the ground.

Why choose a custom build with Ritch Electric:

Flexible scoping: the contract shaped to the project, phased, negotiated, or time-and-materials where that fits best
Occupied-facility experience: hospitals, schools, and offices kept running while the work happens around them
Secure-site discipline: decades of work on military installations with EM-385 compliance and full base access
Direct communication: one project manager, straight answers, and a plan that adjusts when the facts change

Custom build is how the odd jobs get done well, the ones with a hard deadline, a moving scope, or a building that can never go dark. If other contractors have told you it can't be scheduled, tell us what it actually needs.

Our proven process:

Discovery: your constraints, schedule, and success criteria on the table before anything is priced
Approach & proposal: a delivery plan and contract structure built to fit, reviewed with you line by line
Execution: crews and phasing matched to your operations, with progress reported plainly
Turnover: testing, documentation, and a walkthrough before we call it complete
